Chicken with Garlic, Potatoes and Wine


4 tablespoons olive oil
2 chickens, cut in 1/8ths
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
8 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
2 cups white wine
1 box (32 oz) chicken broth


In a large Dutch oven, sauté chicken and garlic in oil. Add potatoes, wine and broth and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
