Weekday Recipes

I don’t usually serve desserts on weekdays but fresh fruit is always good – if I can get it to last until dinner.
Classic White Bread
Minestrone Soup [1]
Salad [4]
Broiled Salmon [5]
Couscous
Salad [4]

Chicken with garlic, potatoes and wine [6]
White Rice or Crusty Bread for soaking up the yummy liquid
Salad [4]
You’re busy cooking for Shabbos but you don’t want to order pizza – or, perish the thought, you live somewhere where there is no pizza shop – revert to the old standby.
Pasta [7]
Tomato Sauce (store-bought)
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salad [4]
I try very hard to make interesting weeknight dinners but this is always a hit!!
