Paprika Potatoes

Ingredients
10 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons paprika
ΒΌ cup oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients together in a large baking pan. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
