Ingeredients

4 salmon fillets (about ½ lb. each)
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
½ cup honey
½ cup soy sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with a non-stick cooking spray. Lay salmon atop the foil and spread the garlic and ginger over the salmon. Brush with the honey and cover with soy sauce. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Can also be grilled.

    this is not teriyaki salmon if there is no teriyaki involved

      This has a homemade teriyaki sauce. The sauces that you buy in the store have similar ingredients. This one is fresher because it is made without preservatives.
