		<description><![CDATA[I dont have a picture. Hold the small potato, horizontally, assuming its a small yellow potato that is thin and about 2 inches wide. Make thin slits across the short side but not all the way through the potato. So move horizontally and make small slices. The potato will open when cooked but for now will hold together. The thinner the slits the more they open but its fool proof so don&#039;t worry about it, just slice them and season them and roast them.]]></description>
