1 pound spaghetti
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve. It brings the taste of summer to your table all year round.
