This is a simple and healthy side dish.

2 (10 ounce) bags frozen spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Dash nutmeg
Dash salt
Dash pepper

Sauté spinach and garlic in oil until warm and soft. Add spices and mix.
