Basmati Rice with Pistachios


3 cups water
2 cups basmati rice
2 pinches saffron
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup toasted chopped pistachios

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in rice, saffron, cloves and cinnamon and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until all the water is absorbed. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
