6 cups canned corn, thoroughly drained
1 (4 ounce) can roasted and diced green chiles
6 eggs, well-beaten
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for about 40 minutes until top is crispy.
