Delicious and easy new recipes, full of flavor and color. In her new book, Estee Kafra uses her unique flair to create easy recipes from ingredients that most of us already have in our panty. The photographs are beautiful and inspired us to try many of her recipes. It is not surprising that Estee was a professional photographer before she became the Food Editor of Binah Magazine. GKC made the Miami Ribs, Sesame Salmon, Breaded Salmon Skewers, Chickpea and Couscous Salad, Green Bean Salad and the Spicy Pumpkin Cake. Every recipe impressed us, not to mention our families (a tough crowd!) and our guests. We spoke to Estee Kafra about her book, “I am honored and excited that so many have responded to my new book with such enthusiasm. I hope that you, too, enjoy the recipes and get inspired to start cooking with color! I like to make the eggplant fries often, and the pomegranate pie on the cover has been a huge success. The granola is really superb and accompanies any of those bright, delicious fruits that are just begging to be eaten!”

Great website! I enjoy reading the weekly recipes!
One of my favorite things is to try new recipes for my family, and gourmet kosher cooking makes it easy to try something new, because you know it’s going to work! I have neither the time or money to try a recipe that may flop!
Thanks for establishing such an AMAZING website!

Always love a good kosher cookbook!
What a great site! Always interesting and different. Love to have this cookbook!
A party planner once told me have lots of colorful food on your table for Shabbat and people will eat. I always do this especially lots of colorful salads.
I really enjoy receiving emails from your site. They are quite informative and remind me that although i now live alone it doesnt mean that i cant prepare and really enjoy a hot meal. The diversity you show makes it next to impossible not to try at least one thing each week.
Always looking to check out new cookbooks! This one looks like a lot of fun

Hello at Binah
I suddenly have an urgent need for the Gluten-free Oat Bread you published a short while ago. Altho I keep most of your articles, at the time I didn’t think I would need this particular article at all.
Please email it to me at deutsch.tirza@gimail.com
Thanks a ton
