Can these be made ahead and not get mushy?

I make them ahead of time. The are cooked until soft so its okay if they are reheated and a little softer. I undercook them a little bit so that when I reheat them they don’t get too mushy.

You don’t cook the green beans before hand I take it….and do you heat up the balsamic vinegar, sugar and soy sauce before pouring it over? Thanks…love your website very helpful
