¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
5 tablespoons roasted almond oil or walnut oil
4 cups mixed salad greens, including frisee, radicchio, mesclun lettuce
1 sweet onion, sliced thin
2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
Whisk together salt, lemon juice and oil. Toss with remaining ingredients.
