20 medium mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped red pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat and sauté mushroom stems, onions and pepper until soft. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

Can you direct me to a kosher cooking class in northern nj?
I dont know of any classes in NJ but the JCC has a wonderful selection in NYC. Anyone in NJ know where to take classes?
