		<description><![CDATA[Hello; I was very excited to use this recipe at first, since it sounds like an awesome gourmet twist on delicious, classic ingredients, but the proportions for the dough were completely off upon actually executing it.

I should have noticed this, since it’s probably (I hope) a typo, but 1/2 cup of flour to 1 stick of butter makes for very sweaty, gooey, un-dough-like batter as a result. When the tarte came out, the batter was grey and slick with excess butter fat.]]></description>
