1 tablespoon parsley, minced
5 tablespoons margarine. melted
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
8 ears of corn, cut in half
Mix margarine, parsley and chili powder. Coat corn with this mixture and roast 40 minutes to 1 hr. (or until done) at 400 degrees, turning once (or often).
