Fish with Pretzel Coating

8 flounder or cod fillets
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups crushed “Everything” pretzels
1/3 cup margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip fish in egg, then in pretzels and lay in baking pan or on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted margarine and bake until crisp – about ½ hour.
