These are very filling – and very good.

¾ cup margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup strong coffee
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped almonds
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together margarine, sugar and molasses until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine flours, spices and baking soda. Add to batter alternately with coffee. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool
