Chicken Breasts in Wine

Easy
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup red wine (can be something old or inexpensive that you have lying around)
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oil
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix together all the ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional half hour.

    saw the reviews on this yesterday so i made it for din din- was really good!!!! the sauce is excellent with some spaghetti!!! im not the hugest fan on chicken breast in the oven though, i feel it dries out too much for my liking whereas on the stovetop by suateeing, it comes out juicier. is there a way to make this on the stovetop?
