2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
2 apples, peeled, and chopped in ¼ inch pieces
2 sweet potatoes, peeled, and chopped in ¼ inch pieces
1 cup water
½ cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup margarine
1 orange, zest and juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Place all in a large stock pot. Bring it to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1 hour (may take longer if you cut the pieces big).
