My friend Tzipi gave me her mom’s cheesecake recipe. It’s creamy, delicious, and super easy to make. Thanks Tzipi!
6 ounces cottage cheese
10 ounces farmer cheese
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
8 ounces sour cream
½ cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt margarine or butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press into bottom of 9x12 lasagna pan.
Blend all ingredients with hand mixer until smooth.
Pour cheese mixture on top of crust.
Bake for 1 hour. Let cool and refrigerate. Cut when cold into squares.
