8 large leeks, cleaned well and sliced
½ cup chicken broth (regular or pareve)
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place leeks in small baking pan and cover with broth, then melted margarine and honey. Sprinkle with pepper and bake, uncovered, until golden – about 30 minutes.
