Dressing
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
12 ounces spinach
1 large red delicious apple, cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 cup sliced scallions
2 tablespoons baco bits
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Toss with salad ingredients and serve immediately.
