1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, defrosted
1 tablespoon chicken consommé powder
1 tablespoon onion soup powder
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pine nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients except pine nuts in the bowl of a food processor. Purée. Stir in pine nuts, if using. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for about 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
