Imitation Crab Casserole

¼ red pepper, chopped
1 pound imitation crab, broken into small chunks
½ cup mayonnaise
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together red pepper, crab, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice and season salt. Pour into prepared dish.
Combine bread crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle over top.
Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
