Makes about 24 small quiches
24 frozen tart shells, defrosted
2 cups grated pizza cheese
1 small red pepper, diced
½ onion, diced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon hot sauce
1-1/2 cups flaked imitated crab
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prick tart shells and bake for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese over bottom of crusts.
In a large bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients. Pour into crusts.
Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
