1-1/2 packages cole slaw
2 scallions, minced
2 radishes sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl, combine cole slaw with scallions and radishes. Whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Mix until well-combined. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
